集团简介

宇辉集团前身是宇辉建筑有限责任公司，成立于2005年，经过多年的发展逐步形成了集地产开发、建筑施工、建筑新型材料研发、住宅产业化结构体系设计与研发等为一体的综合性集团公司。

集团公司已形成布局全国、走向海外的战略势态，目前在上海、江苏、湖北、安徽、黑龙江五个地区，拥有住宅产业化部品生产基地，全部采用自动化的流水生产线。

拥有完全自主知识产权的装配式混凝土结构技术体系，累计拥有国家专利100多项，主编和参编的标准有国家行业标准、北京、安徽、湖北、黑龙江、辽宁、吉林等省、市地方标准。

上海宇辉住宅工业有限公司                      

上海宇辉住宅工业有限公司，由锦宸集团、宇辉集团于2014年5月成立，注册资本金一亿八千万元人民币。
      是一家具有房屋建筑工程施工总承包特级、甲级行业设计院、市政公用工程施工总承包一级，建筑装饰装修、机电设备安装工程专业承包一级资质及预制构件的生产、销售、安装，住宅产业化产品的技术服务等为一体的建筑产业化综合性企业。

工厂规模

生产基地位于上海市宝山区罗东路1957号，总投资3亿元，员工约350人，占地面积8.5万平方米，其中厂房面积2万平方米，构件堆场面积4.5万平方米，设计年生产能力30万立方米PC构件，可满足150万平方米建筑需求。拥有三条自动化生产线及一条异型构件生产线。

产品范围覆盖全预制剪力墙、预制夹芯保温墙、双面叠合剪力墙及预制梁、楼梯、阳台等各种结构体系的PC构件。
